👟 Run at your own pace: You don't have to run the 20km in one go on launch day. You will have one week to run 20km in total on the atlasGO app. So feel free to run 4 times 5km during your week or do the whole 20km on the same day as everyone else in Brussels. Your choice!

Who can participate ?

Everyone can participate! All you have to do is choose between taking a ticket for the physical edition, or taking part in the 20K via our virtual solution!

How to register as a team?

The best way to do this is to purchase multiple tickets on this page directly at registration. To facilitate the registration process for teams of more than 50 people, please contact us directly: support@atlasgo.org

How to post a picture ?

After submitting your activity on the GO screen, click the share button. You will be able to either take a photo or choose one from your library. You can also add a comment if you wish and share your photo on other social media channels outside of atlasGO. Once you have shared your photo it will appear on the feed.

What if on my application, the distances are displayed in "Miles" (and not in kilometers)?

On the program, click on the icon at the bottom right (a man). There, click on the three dots in the upper right corner. Then click on "Edit my profile", then change the "distance units" to kilometers.

How do I find and follow a friend?

The easiest way to find and follow a friend is to use the search function at the top of the feed. You can also click on their profile in the feed, above each post or by visiting the leaderboard, to follow them. In the leaderboards, check the "Follow" leaderboard to see how you stack up against your peers.

How can I see my previous activities and actions?

At the bottom of the navigation bar, click on your profile (button on the right). To change your profile name or add a photo, click on the three little dots at the top right of your screen. You will also find your statistics, activities and shares on your profile page.

atlasGO has an option to track distance-based activities using GPS tracking, but it does not seem to be working properly. What's not working?

Depending on many external factors, tracking can sometimes be inaccurate. Here are some ways to improve accuracy: 1. Make sure you're outside. We can't track your activity indoors. It's difficult to get a good satellite signal indoors. For best accuracy, please add your activity manually if you are running on a treadmill or walking through a building. You can do this by clicking the "+" sign on the GO screen. 2. Please update the application. We are constantly working to improve accuracy. You may be on an older version of the application. A complete update is the best way to avoid problems. Delete atlasGO and download again. 3. Fully charge your battery. When your phone is on a low battery or if you are using the battery saver option, the tracking services will be less accurate. 4. Be sure to turn on location. We cannot track your activity if location is not enabled. Please enable tracking by going to your settings.

For best results with iOS GPS tracking: 1. Make sure you have the latest version of the atlasGO application installed. 2. Enable location services for atlasGO in the iPhone settings (Settings->Privacy->Location Services) and make sure location services are enabled specifically for atlasGO. 3. Turn off airplane mode and enable WiFi in the iPhone settings 4. Open the app, making sure you have a direct line to the sky. Then click "go" and watch the miles increase as you perform your activity. 5. If it's cloudy, or if there are trees or tall buildings nearby, the GPS may be confused. Many GPS problems occur in areas that do not have a strong signal. 6. If you continue to have problems with GPS tracking, please contact support@atlasgo.org so we can help you.

For best results with Android GPS tracking: 1. Make sure you have the latest version of the atlasGO application installed. 2. Reset the network and location warnings in the settings, and restart the device. 3. Make sure your phone's battery saving mode is turned off as this may affect the GPS. 4. If none of the above works, please delete and reinstall the application to see if it helps. 5. If you continue to have problems with GPS tracking, please contact support@atlasgo.org so we can help you.

What software does the application need ?

Please update the app to the latest version of iOS or Android to ensure it works properly.

The use of data ?

The atlasGO app is compliant with the data protection legislation between the US and the EU / Switzerland (Privacy Shield) and the GDPR. No data is used for advertising.
